What are the delivery charges?
Nimble technologies provide delivery for all items at all locations and charges will be according to weight and type of item, shipping charges will be displayed on items separately with item price.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. For items with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message.

We use Shipping services from various Service provider depending upon your location and reach

We/Our Retailers use the services from fedex, ups, dhl, bluedart, Firstflight, and professional.

We always try for the timely and damage free delivery for that we take much preventions but if such kind of thing happens due to 3rd party fault other than myultimate.com. We are not responsible for any replacement or Refund.

We always provide you shipment details from which you can track your order online as per the services of provider. Items which cannot be delivered to your country or banned in your country nimbletechno.com is not responsible for any refund or replace after dispatch of the product. You will only get refund if you cancel your order before shipment of the Item. nimbletechno.com always process and Ship Item within 24 hours. After dispatch, it may take time as per its delivery address. Before placing an order you are advised to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item`s description in some items image shown may be different from actual item.

RETURN POLICY & REFUND POLICY

 

1. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her nimble technologies wallet Or Bank , once we have received the products and quality check is done.
4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable .
5. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the "My Orders" section of your nimbletechno.com Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.
6. In Case of Product size problem, replacement and wallet refund proccess is applicable, only on product damage condition bank refund will be paid in 10-12 days.
7. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
8. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit we give you in your nimble technologies wallet to place the order for the new product .
9. In case of Quality issue of product, Replacement and refund are Possible, but refund will be given only on nimble technologies wallet.
10. Cancellations will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from our end. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 days.
